Timothy J. Young

Timothy (Tim) is an attorney and the second-generation owner of The Young Firm based in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, and knew law was his calling from an early age, gaining positive influence from his father.

After scoring extremely high on his LSAT, he went on to Tulane Law School to graduate with honors. He then went on to pass the Louisiana and Texas bar exams in back-to-back weeks! After joining The Young Firm, Tim focused on injury law because helping people in need has always been a priority. The Young Firm associates good work with helping good people through bad times.

Tim Young is the lead attorney working on your AFFF exposure case. He routinely tries several cases to verdict each year and has obtained numerous seven and eight figure verdicts and settlements. He has successfully resolved hundreds of 3M claims for injured veterans and is currently working actively on behalf of more than 1,000 victims of toxic chemicals at the Camp Lejeune marine base.
